Whittaker MVNZ and Wimbledon MVNZ both won major title classes at the NZ Horse of the Year show on the weekend. Wimbledon put in a very classy performance to take out the “7 yr old of the Year” class on Thursday. Whittaker MVNZ jumped 3 super clear rounds clinching him the win in the “1.35m Horse of the Year” Championships two days later. Bates Amaretto MVNZ (Pico Bello x Voltiare II) who was purchased by Lisa Coup as a 2 yr old, jumped extremely well to win the “6 yr old of the Year”.
