World Cup Finals

January 3rd, 2010

Gisborne, the first city in the world to see the sun was again the host of the World Cup finals 2010. Unfortunately the weather did not live up to it’s reputation, and the final day of competition on Sunday was cancelled due to torrential rain. As was the final round of the World Cup Finals, which left Ike and Seremonie VDL to finish 4th in the series. Due to a stone bruise Seremonie and Ike were unable to comepete in the World Cup round on Friday.

Wimbledon MVNZ and Whittaker MVNZ once again showed great form to finish 1st and 2nd in the 7 yr old class which leaves Whittaker at the top of the table in the series. Whittaker also placed 3rd in the 1.30m class on Friday. Pictured is Wimbledon MVNZ competing last weekend in the 7 yr old class at Woodhill Sands.
