Manuka MVNZ is from the first crop of Carrado’s foals. We are excited about his progeny as he is producing very athletic, elastic horses which jump with a lot of scope. They are also very careful. Manuka has inherited these qualities from her sire as well as her dam line. Behind her is some of the best jumping blood in Europe: Capitol I, Corrado I, Cor de la Bryere, Constant and Grannus.

Carrado is an outstanding example of his Holsteiner genetics. By Cassini II out of Noah (Corrado I x Constant). Carrado is from the Holsteiner line 18a2. This is one of the oldest and most proven motherlines in Holstein. This family has been responsible for no less than fifty approved stallions including Cristallo, Cordano Z. Chambertin. Leonardo I and II, the Corrado son Clinton and the Landgraf son Linaro.

Manuka’s dam Charming Princess was imported from Belguim in 2002 and was purchased not only as a breeding proposition, but also as a potential competition horse. As a foal, she was Champion Filly of Belgium. Her dam also produced Premier Cru, who competed in the Sydney Olympics for Bulgeria with Rossen Raitchev. After a successful show jumping career competing up to 1.45m, Charming Princess has now been retired to the broodmare herd.

Manuka MVNZ has been broken in and is going very well under saddle.
