Sereedom VDL was imported from VDL Stud in 2002 and was purchased not only as a breeding proposition but also as a potential competition horse. She is from Holsteiner stamm 4294, and in 2018, three horses from Sereedom's motherline, were ranked in the top 300 jumping horses in the world. Sereedom herself had a very successful jumping career to Grand Prix level, in New Zealand.

Sereedom VDL has produced a string of very successful sporthorses. Her first foal Whittaker MVNZ went to North America in 2010 and competed with Katie Laurie (nee McVean) before he was sold to US show jumper Laura Linback with whom he went on to win several Grand Prix. Britannica MVNZ competed successfully at 4* level eventing with Will Enzinger in Australia before being sold to the US, Equador MVNZ was competing in Australia at World Cup Level and is now sold. Lincoln MVNZ was sold to Izabella Stone based in Australia and is now competing at G.P. level.

Her daughter's Good Surprise MVNZ and Mereedom MVNZ have been retained as broodmares and are producing promising offspring.
