Seremonie VDL was imported from VDL Stud in 2002 as a 3yo in foal. She was purchased not only as a breeding proposition but also as a potential competition horse. She reached World Cup level in the sport and has been an outstanding broodmare as well.

In the 2009/10 season Seremonie VDL won the World Cup class at the North Island Championships at Dannevirke. She also placed 2nd in the World Cup class at the Christmas Classic show at Taupo and 4th in the World Cup class at Woodhill Sands. In 2011 Seremonie VDL was the Winner of the Horse Of The Year “Olympic Cup”.

In 2012 Seremonie VDL competed in Europe under Lieven Devos at CSI3* and CSI4* levels.

Breeding

Seremonie VDL is from the famous stamm 173 which produced legendary jumping sire Capitol I. She is by the legendary Dobel’s Cento who was one of the most successful Holsteiner jumping horses of all times!
